ABOUT GREG
Peterson Counseling and Consulting provides professional mental health counseling services as well as consulting on various mental health, well-being, and climate change issues.

Dr. Peterson received his Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Adams State University in 2023 and a Master’s in Counseling from Western Seminary in 2012. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington, a nationally Approved Clinical Supervisor, a Board Certified Tele-Mental Health provider, and a Nationally Certified Counselor. He has over ten years of experience providing counseling services and over seven years of supervisory experience.

Counseling
Individual counseling is tailored to each person seeking services. Dr. Peterson uses a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Solution Focused techniques to assist clients with developing a relationship that assists people to find the help from a variety of mental health concerns.
Consulting
Dr. Peterson is an internationally invited speaker on the mental health impacts of climate change and training professionals and educators to address these impacts. He is available for institutional consultation on speaking engagements, curriculum development, and climate change empowerment.
